These terms cover using vitalign.in and the Vitalign app, operated by Rishabh Gupta, sole proprietor trading as Vitalign ("Vitalign", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The short version: Vitalign gives food and lifestyle guidance based on numbers you enter — it's not a diagnosis and doesn't replace your doctor. Your first month is free, no card required. After that it's ₹500/month, handled securely by Razorpay, and you can cancel any time by simply not paying.
What Vitalign is
Vitalign turns the blood test values, food preferences, and goals you enter into a personalised weekly meal and supplement plan. It's educational wellness and nutrition guidance, built from the information you provide.
What Vitalign is not
Vitalign is not a medical device, does not diagnose any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always speak with a qualified doctor before making significant dietary changes, and never start, stop, or change any medication or supplement without your doctor's approval. If you're having a medical emergency, contact emergency services — not Vitalign.
Who can use Vitalign
You must be at least 18 years old. By using Vitalign, you're confirming that, and that the health information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Your free trial and subscription
- Your first month of Vitalign is free. No card is required to start.
- After the free month, continuing costs ₹500/month. You'll be asked to pay through Razorpay before you're charged.
- There's no lock-in: cancel any time by simply not paying — access ends, and your data stays where it is under our Privacy Policy.
- Where a payment does happen, it's processed by Razorpay, and you're also agreeing to Razorpay's own terms for that transaction.
Your account and the information you give us
You're responsible for the accuracy of the health information you enter — your plan is only as useful as the data behind it. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time; see our Privacy Policy.
Using Vitalign responsibly
Please don't use Vitalign to try to access other people's accounts or data, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or use it for anything unlawful.
Ownership
Vitalign's name, branding, meal-plan content, and app design belong to Rishabh Gupta, sole proprietor trading as Vitalign and shouldn't be copied or redistributed without permission.
Limits on our liability
Vitalign is provided as-is. We don't promise specific health outcomes, and we're not liable for decisions you make based on the guidance we provide — including dietary or supplement changes made without your doctor's input. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited under Indian law, such as gross negligence.
Ending your use of Vitalign
You can stop using Vitalign and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continuing to use Vitalign after a material change means you accept the update.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Delhi.
